Getting started will take 1 week or more depending on whether you have all the required documents and clinic location set up appropriately.
Working together
Once approved as a Glow Medical Collective member, you will have access to the Glow Medical Collective app, powered by DappleOS. Built in Australia for the cosmetic medicine industry, this sophisticated platform puts compliance at the forefront of every development. You will need an iPad or laptop to use the app in your clinic.
The Glow Medical Collective app, powered by DappleOS, allows you to complete patient medical histories and consent forms, and store photographs and treatment records. It also includes a built-in Schedule 4 digital drug book that links each prescription to a patient. With the patient in your clinic, you will use the app to access a telehealth consultation with the Glow Medical Collective prescribing team. The patient’s prescription is issued immediately after the consultation. You will also order all Schedule 4 stock through the app’s S4 drug store.
It does not replace your existing clinic management system.

I began my journey in aesthetic medicine eight years ago while training as a GP. I quickly developed a passion for skin and a fascination with how much our lifestyle, environment and overall wellbeing can influence it.
After spending several years learning alongside a cosmetic doctor in Toorak, I took the leap to start my own cosmetic business, Dr. Glow, around five to six years ago.
Alongside my own clinic, I began providing cosmetic prescription services to nurses in the industry. What started quite organically has grown into Glow Medical Collective — a community of registered nurses, nurse practitioners, doctors and dentists who I’m proud to support.
As the Collective continues to grow, it’s important to me that it never loses its personal touch. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each practitioner and understanding where they are in their journey, whether they’re just starting out or have decades of experience.
I still work in my own clinic and see my own patients, so I understand the pressures that come with working in aesthetics. My goal with Glow Medical Collective is simple: to provide the support, guidance and services that help you feel confident in your practice and become the best aesthetic provider you can be.
